Modifications & Amendments
All requests for modifications and amendments to your booking must be directed to the Bosnian Voyager Customer Care Team (via email at info@bosnianvoyager.com) who will process the request. See the section “Payment & Cancellations” below for additional information with respect to cancelling a booking.
Bosnian Voyager does not charge a fee to amend or change the dates of an existing booking, as long as the request is received by our Customer Care team more than three (3) days ahead of your confirmed travel date.
All other date-change requests and amendments are subject to availability.
If you request a date change within three (3) days or less of your confirmed travel date, Bosnian Voyager will attempt to honor your request; however changes made three days or less from your original travel date may be subject to an additional fee.
For multi-day and overnight tours, date changes made within seven (7) days of your confirmed travel date may also be subject to additional fees.

Payments & Cancellations
No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.
If you wish to cancel a reservation made via the Website, our cancellation policy contained in the applicable product listing will apply to, and govern the terms of, your cancellation and any refunds. When canceling a booking, you will be notified via email or telephone of the total refund amount you will receive, if any.
The standard cancellation policy for suppliers is:
1) A 100% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience, if any amount has been charged in advance.
2) Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start date of the experience will receive no refund, unless differently specified on the product page.

Passports, Visas & Insurance

Because requirements may change at any time, be sure to check for up-to-date information before booking and departure. Bosnian Voyager accepts no liability for travelers who are refused entry onto a flight or into any country because of the traveler’s failure to carry the travel documents required by any airline, authority, or country, including countries the traveler may just be passing through en route to his or her destination.
As visa and health requirements are subject to change without notice, we recommend that you verify health and visa requirements with the appropriate consulate prior to departure. It is also your responsibility to consult your physician for current recommendations on inoculations before you travel internationally, and to ensure that you meet all health entry requirements and follow all medical guidance related to your trip.
We strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy prior to departure to protect your Product purchase. If you cancel your trip or significantly alter travel dates, your travel insurance policy may reimburse the cost of cancellation fees and related expenses.
